  1. I’m looking for a clear wiered solution for my cell phone that sounds good to the caller and in my ear. Preferably a single ear hardwired. I can’t wear Bluetooth no matter the brand the Bluetooth gives me horrible headaches.

  2. This video really helps, as I’m in canada and was just shown that there’s technology that cancels out background noise while talking. Originally someone recommended Sony WH-1000XM5 is the only choice to go with. But I wanted to do my research. Looks like I’ll be shopping around for the Epos Impact 1061T in Canada from your videos.

Is there any other product you’d recommend me looking at?
For context… I’m a travelling territory sales manager. Travel a lot by car and frequent various locations often for events, shows, and dealer visits. It would be greatly professional to be able to answer work calls without the anxiety of all the background noise wherever I am.

    Looking forward to your thoughts.

  3. The JPL Element were the best sounding then EPOS IMPACT 860T were the 2nd sounding to me.
The apple airport pros I say are the bottom of the barrel. They do not sound good at all.

  4. Have you tested the Apple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones, Active Noise Cancelling Mic? I have all Apple products and I need a headset that works! I am a telehealth worker from home and need to minimize or remove sounds from the MIC such as AC Fan and dogs outside barking. My clients do not need to be distracted from noises other than my voice.

Thank you for making these videos, they are extremely helpful!

  5. Excellent video. I really like that it is split and labeled, so we can jump from one model to another for instant comparison. Thank you. I just bought Jabra Evolve 75 for my noisy office, but I am disappointed, mostly by the battery life and a few other things. Your video was very useful to help me narrow my next pick.
Which headset did you use at the beginning of the video?
Any chance you could share your top pick(s)? It seems like the EPOS sounded the best…
(PS: I respect and appreciate you were letting the sound speak for itself, so it is ok if you don’t pick your #1…top 3 maybe? 5? 😉

  6. Excelente video. Yo tengo los Jabra Flex 65 y son lo máximo, además mencionar que la
Batería 🔋 dura muuuuucho y se puede cargar de forma inalámbrica … Realmente los amo.

  7. In the testing office there are only like 3 people, you should try an office with more noise like the Wolf of Wall Street 😂

  8. Do you know if the mic quality is different for the AirPod Pros when connected to Windows vs a Mac?
I use a Mac for work and have been eyeing out the AirPod Pros for work but can hardly find any tests online comparing the AirPod Pros against other products like the Yealink BH72 and Shokz OpenComm2 (these 2 are what I use now but I much prefer the small form factor of AirPod Pros and their connectivity with my other Apple devices)

  9. Very informative video. That Logitech Zone Vibe, was that via bluetooth or the USB dongle? i.e., is it Zone 100 or Zone 125?

  10. what do i need if i need to record my call – talking to someone on the phone and it has to be on speaker so i can record the convo – i need to record without noise from other source??

  11. epos impact best for that price. sucks its not available in my country. but atleast its on amazon . its just it would take a while to arrive 😅

  12. I’m using an M1 Mac for teaching..I absolutely cannot have any background noise. The sound, I thought, for the Logitech Zone Wireless 2 was pretty good. I didn’t hear any background noise, unlike several others that you presented on this video. I also liked The Poly Voyager Free 60 with its cool case (and very surprised about the good clear sound for earbuds), the Focus 2 definitely would need the ANC on (of course the last two are a bit more pricey), but my question about all three is the comfort that you didn’t mention. I need to sit for 4+ hours at a time, without much of a break. What would you suggest? Logitech fits my budget better, but I don’t mind investing a little more for the comfort. Thanks for the video!

  13. EPOS C1, wired USB_C plug directly onto iPhone or laptop. $33. it is more than good (enough). Never any glitch, Try it.

  14. Nice. I am interested in epos impact 1060 anc.
Why this version? Because I do not want to be Microsoft Teams certified. I am using 90% of the time only Slack and 10 % Microsoft Teams or this should not be such a dramatic for my choice? Do you have a test in an apartament and in the background or really near there is a child that is talking or crying?

  15. Where can i purchase the EPOS Impact 1061T ANC? I am a professor and teach at a few universities and having a headset like this would be a game changer. I also travel a lot and run my own company and being able to have a headset like this for meetings would be very helpful.

  16. Not helpful at all. We need to hear the noise with and without headphone to really see the difference.

  17. Great video. I wish that for every headset you would comment on comfort and how you hear the environment. It seemed pretty random. Regardless, very informative for the microphone performance!

  18. I work in an open medical office and primarily use my headset for listening to music and chart dictation, maybe 30% of the time with teams. I’m probably one of the few who are more focused on ANC or noise cancelling to cut down on noise that I hear more so than the ANC mic. I’m basically looking for great noise cancelling headphones that have a boom mic. Doesn’t have to be wireless. Would any of these make the office less noisy and allow me to concentrate better?

  19. Great video. Thank you very much. I got the EPOS Impact 1060T ANC and the Jabra Evolve2 55. I had to return the Jabra Evolve2 55 because it only blocks out the noise when no one is speaking into the microphone, the EPOS Impact 1060T blocks out noise even when playing loud music on my phone and speaking into the microphone. The major issue I have with the EPOS Impact 1060T is firstly, it is a pain to connect initially to the Bluetooth on multiple PCs, secondly, it cuts out regularly when playing videos and even during calls sometimes across several devices, so this isn’t an issue with just one PC. Do you have any recommendation on any other brand that cuts on the noise when someone speaks into the microphone but does not cut out as much when connected to the Bluetooth.

  20. Thanks very much for this review. I use a headset when I travel for Zoom/Teams/other calls and to listen to music, movies and audiobooks and at home for some calls and maybe music/audiobooks as well. I’d like a superior mic and ease of connecting. I have two Macs (one home and one for travel), an iPhone and an iPad. I purchased and returned an Orosound Tilde — the mic was terrific, the speakers pretty good, but it had trouble switching from Teams to Zoom and often had trouble with Zoom. I’m now thinking of the Jabra Evolve2 55 (seems to have better mic performance than the 65 flex, who form factor I really like). Would the Epos 1000 with noise cancellation or the Epos 860 perform better? (I’ve read that the Epos app for the Mac performs poorly but don’t know if that has been fixed.). I’m less concerned about price and more about functionality. Will it always work and work well when I need to join a Zoom or Teams call? Would it be good if I were creating audio or video material?

  21. After watching this I’m thinking the Epos impact 1061T is the best but I’m curious how well it would do with babies crying in the background? I’m a full time WFH mom in IT. I’m giving up my home office for a new baby on the way. I will be working in the living room with a baby and a toddler until we remodel so I need the highest noise canceling I can get my hands on.

  22. I love the opencomm2 because you can wear earplugs to drown out the office noise if you need quiet (or to protect your hearing), or some noise canceling earbuds so you can switch cancelation on and off! The opencomm still works great with plugs in!!

  23. Great to-the-point comparison video. Excluding the earbud or in-the-ear styles – Which ones are the most comfortable for eye glass wearers in an office environment? …and it would be nice to see the differences in the on-headset controls and in-call indicators.

  24. Any recommendations for a desk microphone that can be hidden from webcams, but only pick up my voice not the room echo? my over the head Plantronics C5220T’s microphone is awesome but I get headaches when wearing headsets.

  25. Is there a headset/earbuds that has good pickup on my voice and drowns out background noise both for my self and for the call?
