I have 2562. When I select my printer in wifi networks it does nothing and then says "internet unavailable connected without internet" and disconnected my actual wifi. I don’t ever get a chance to enter a password after selecting the printer in the wifi network. I’ve had this printer connected before but I’m at a different house with a different wifi.

Thanks but this HP app is a pain most of the time. Once connected, most of these printer randomly change IP addresses and ends up causing all sorts of conflicts with the app when attempting to change the IP in order to connect. 🙁

I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I’ll update my review in a couple of months.
