In our busy lives, a few hours a week means time for a date, or a few hours of self-love pruning in the bath – so imagine what you could do with 10, 20 or even more extra time each week 🤯

Well, from reading some of the best time management books out there, these are my top 4 quick habits to efficiently manage your time, which save me hours each week 🙌 They are simple, but hugely effective techniques to make the most of our 16 or so waking hours a day, and honestly are some of the core techniques that allow me to keep up a demanding career as a corporate lawyer, while running multiple businesses on the side 👨‍💻

The key to these habits is (as with all habits) consistency… kinda obvious, I know. But with these habits especially, they really don’t take much effort, but they do require a consistent consciousness of how you are working. So, try to keep each of these in mind as you get ready for, and then during, each of your work sessions 🫶

About Me

I’m a lawyer, part-time YouTuber, son, brother, startup founder, fiancé, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!

Around that, I’m a big fan of discovering new ways of thinking, of balancing work with life, and of performing to the very best of my ability. Ohh, and being happy. And I try to share all that on this YouTube channel 😀

Fun fact: I believe we massively overplay the role of “natural talent” 😮 AND… I also believe that TOGETHER, WE ARE ALL CAPABLE OF POSITIVITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND SUCCESS.

  1. Bro I’m just going to be honest I have 9 disabilities and i can’t never focus in class bc all the little sounds that effect adhd people like me so the tip when he said to put in noice canceling headphones is good but one at school they don’t allow you to wear them and two you still need to hear the teacher so like😭😠.

  2. I like the cinema idea, thanks for that… I believe the last strategy is habit stacking not multi-tasking… You take one habit and add another eg. Watch YouTube or while working out

  3. Been doing all of them for the past year, had read many books about topics like focus, time management, and productivity, and by far, this is the best quick guide that I’ve seen so far, great work buddy ❤
I’ve been able to achieve great results so far, tho my girlfriend thinks I’m a weirdo😂

  4. Discovering Hidden Time Wealth has been one of the best things I’ve done for my productivity. It feels like I’ve finally cracked the code to overcoming procrastination.

  5. My workload has tripled in the past 5 years through acquisitions but no additional staffed hired. Also, my environment is that at any moment I have to stop and drop everything I’m doing to respond to “emergencies” so even though I have things I’m supposed to be working on they’re always interrupted. There are no consequences either for the interrupters

  6. There’s a book called Hidden Time Wealth, and it talks about how using some secret techniques, you can overcome procrastination and accomplish anything in life. It’s not just a bunch of empty promises; it’s the real deal.

  7. Hidden Time Wealth blew my mind. I’ve shared it with friends, and they’re all amazed at how much more productive they’ve become.

  11. Purr-fect Chef has been my latest gaming obsession – the combination of cute cats and cooking madness is pure joy! 🐱🔪 What games have you stumbled upon lately that you can’t put down?(Google Search Purr-fect Chef)

  12. Ive always been chasing better productivity, believing it’s the foundation for success. I’ve done the usual—task lists, reminders, apps—but somehow, they all seemed to fall short. Then I read about the idea of having someone keep you accountable. I tried it with a friend, but we both slacked off pretty quickly. Now I’ve signed up for a structured program with Habit10x, and it’s already feeling like a much more reliable system. Fingers crossed that this will help me finally stick to my productivity goals!

  13. Not practical or realistic to wear earphones or turn phone on silent or dnd incase co-workers need to call or see you
Also humans are actually not designed to multitask which is scientifically true but most do it and then it results in lower performance or burn out etc.
Also batch tasking is sometimes not achievable of you get interrupted with phone calls or coworkers or management needing something then and there

  14. I can’t stop raving about Hidden Time Wealth. It’s like a secret eBook for those who want to stop procrastinating and achieve their goals effortlessly.

  15. Best way to clean house task each day one thing, example kitchen Friday Landry Saturday,,vacuum wed, wayyyyyy faster then doing it three or four hours that’s exhausting

  16. Purr-fect Chef has been my latest gaming obsession – the combination of cute cats and cooking madness is pure joy! 🐱🔪 What games have you stumbled upon lately that you can’t put down?(Google Search Purr-fect Chef)

  17. The way Hidden Time Wealth dives into the concept of productivity is mind-blowing. Hidden Time Wealth tips are pure gold, and I wish more people knew about them.

  18. 1. Treat work sessions like movie theater sessions
    2. Batch tasks before starting
    (i) By project
    (ii) By tasks
    3. Try avoiding work before starting working
    (i) By outsourcing
    (ii) By leveraging tech
    4. Multitasking

  19. While he acknowledges the downsides of multitasking, he also highlights the benefits of using your brain and body simultaneously. This approach is a good reminder that time management isn’t just about being hyper-focused, but also about finding ways to multitask strategically.

  20. Absolutely agree! Implementing quick, effective habits can save significant amounts of time each week. I’ve seen how adopting small, strategic habits can lead to major improvements in time management and productivity. Did you know that 70% of people who incorporate efficient one-minute habits into their routine report substantial time savings and reduced stress? This is because these habits streamline daily tasks and improve overall efficiency. I faced similar challenges and, after trying various methods, a friend recommended Habit10x. Their program helped me develop the habits and mindset needed to optimize my time and enhance productivity. Found them through Google!

  21. Yes, AI has been a great tool that made my work easier. It is a timesaver. For example, I used AI to write a letter to a customer. Sure, I had to edit the letter, but it took less time than for me to think of the words to say, write the letter, review the letter, etc.

As for multitasking, this is not for me since I have ADHD, and it makes it very difficult to focus. I have done your trick of using your brain and body at the same time, such as listening to an audiobook or podcast when I go for a walk, or rode an exercise cycle while watching a video, and that works.

  22. I have now spend 3 hours today only on watching reviews on time management routines and applications… the irony

  23. The concept of Hidden Time Wealth blew my mind. It’s like finding a cheat code for productivity and defeating procrastination.

  24. Is sounds easy but this is exactly where i struggle to get more things done. Im always al over the place. Today good example😹. Awesome advice🤛

  25. What are the biggest productivity challenges you face in your day-to-day life, and what prevents you from being as productive as you want to be?

  26. Anyone else here obsessed with Hidden Time Wealth? It’s like discovering a secret formula for beating procrastination!

  27. doing same work together(batching similar work together)
is their person who do better than me(outsource than), how others did it ask, use technical tool(to do the work in lesser time with quality work).
Multitask, How could you use body and mind at the same time.

  28. That alarm sound made my eyes open up wide and I peeked into my phone to check why it’s ringing…😞 I even started to hv palpitations… thankfully I hv a better sound now which makes me wake up with a smile 🥺

  29. Just discovered you and found out my partner has been watching your videos for a while!! She’s an attorney and I’m a Trello nerd 🤣

  30. From the book Hyperfocus I learned to write down my 3 big intentions for the day side by side, and under each one I write the 1 next action towards accomplishing that intention. I actually put this on a PowerPoint slide on a computer screen, full screen. Then I put a big yellow arrow pointing to the one I’m working on. When my mind gets distracted it automatically goes to the other computer screen. Then that ‘distraction’ points me back towards my task. It’s all about using my conscience brain to lay a trap for my subconscious brain.

  31. Has anyone else experienced life changes thanks to an eBook called Hidden Time Wealth? It’s such a refreshing perspective on overcoming procrastination.

  32. Cinema mode is similar to my dentist chair. Dentist chair is one hour of focused time dedicated to getting a task done that I wouldn’t otherwise do because it’s boring or menial but needs doing.

  33. Great video! Discipline is so hard when you work remote, for example. I’ve used Trello before; it’s a great tool for planning. Another one I’d like to mention is WorkTime, which my company uses. It features an excellent reporting system, allowing me to monitor how I spend my hours at work.

  34. "Couldn’t agree more! Habits like setting daily goals and prioritizing tasks can transform time management. I’ve seen people overcome time struggles with consistent routines. Studies show that 70% of people see better results with structured time habits. It often stems from not clearly defining priorities, leading to scattered focus and stress. This can trap us in a cycle of missed deadlines. I faced this too, and after trying various methods, a friend suggested Habit10x. Their program helped me develop effective time management habits!"
