  1. wow, where’s your screen from pls? I love your videos, found you through a video of yours that’s 2 years old πŸ™‚

  2. Davinchi Resolve now requires not only your name and email but phone # and address in order to download it. Sure, you can just fake it, but it’s deeply concerning that they’re even asking for that kind of info. When something of quality if being given away for "free", the product being sold is in fact the customer (usually their info).

  3. πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€This is so freaking good. I LOVE Resolve. I was playing with it late last year and just jumped back into editing to start my own channel. Knowing you’re using it makes me feel more confident lol I was having some FOMO over Premier and even Final Cut Pro.

  4. More tutorials please! I downloaded this last night and randomly found your video this morning after searching free editing software. It was intimidating at first but you made it so simple! Thank you. New subbie

  5. Yay! I use Davinci Resolve so this will be great. Kudos to you for being willing to learn a new video editing software.

  6. Honestly you SHOULD be sponsored for this video by DaVinci! If I could tag them I would! Great presentation, and I will be downloading it shortly πŸ™‚

  7. πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€Thank you so much, I was so overwhelmed deciding what to use. I am so grateful for you and your knowledge that you share!

  8. I’ve been using CapCut for awhile now, I am tempted to switch but definitely intimidated haha I especially love the stock music and stuff that CapCut offers

  9. Your videos are sooooo good and I always learn something. I love how you always seem to explain things in a manner that a novice can understand.

  10. Been watching how you video for a while. Taking your workshop on Domestika. Thanks for all you give to newbies about the process πŸš€

  11. I used Da Vinci Resolve for a while but it was very complex to understand, it also made my PC run extremely slow! I ended up switching to KdenLive which is also free and a lot more beginner friendly.

  12. I literally started my YouTube channel the day you posted this and I’m so excited that this video popped up for me when I searched for free editing software!

  13. Oooo I love it!! I will definitely be downloading it and giving it a try. I have been using CapCut on my laptop, but I have noticed it will lag or freeze a little before I can continue to work on my videos (even though it says my laptop is compatible).

  14. There is NO video editing software on the market that does not have one or more issues. The free version of this has more features than many solutions you can buy.

  15. I signed up for Davinci with email and password. Then sent me to log in and wouldn’t take my pw. Applied to change pw hours ago but no response. Any advice?

  16. Super helpful, thank you! I have been using the free version of CapCut and was thinking of subscribing to have more editing possibilities… but now I’ll try DaVinci instead! πŸ™‚ It looks great.

  17. Where are you from ..?
    I am from Bangladesh πŸ‡§πŸ‡©

    English translation
We want to know what your countries are like. If we could go there, your places seem very beautiful

  18. πŸš€ you know I’m a professional editor and I have been hearing a lot of talk about swapping over. I used Davinci in college for color grading but I think it would be well worth taking some time to learn all the features in Davinci and switching some projects to that. Premiere has so many bugs…

  19. Thanks for this amazing video, Katie. Will definitely try DaVinci out. Does it also have the picture-in-picture feature? Like, while the tutorial of the tool was happening in the background, there was a small circle at the bottom right of you walking us through it.
