I use Google, One Drive and dropbox totally to about 50 gigs of free cloud storage 😀
Currently I am using Google Drive, but since I am at 13.9GB I am going to transfer it over to my UNLIMITED (watch?v=3UjuYtgMDIg) OneDrive (currently only 10TB, but I can email them to get more o/). I really hope they also allow storage of copyrighted content as long as it is kept privately, since I own some DVDs which I have ripped back in the day and since lost… How terrible it would be if I lost them 😉
I use Dropbox most of the time because i have got 50 Gigs when i purchased a Galaxy note 2.
I don,t yus cloud
I use Dropbox for easy sharing though folder links and for download. I like the easy web interface so I don’t need to run a local process to fill my CPU up.
I use iCloud because of all my mobile data and backups are from Apple devises. I got a Microsoft account with sky drive when I upgrade to windows 10
Keys…..YOU BETTER RUN… RUN FOR YOU LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
51gb free from tresorit
What is Cloud Storage?
Botnet
I call it glorified FTP!!!
I use mediafire for my cloud storage, i do use the free service.
I make music, and if i make a track for a special occasion then i allways put a download link of the song in the description.
When i share that kind of track then i use mediafire and it is pretty handy to be honest XD
MEGA.co.nz
unlimited data or storage doesn’t exsist… :C
I use Google Drive, Dropbox and onedrive
My favorite is the Google Drive since I get up to 50 GB because I buy android phones with a free bonus cloud storage
Ever heard of "own Cloud"? =3
pretty easy to set up on a raspberry pi and set up apache2 so you can connect to it outside your network.
Dropbox with the Razer Cortex app (which makes automatically backups of my games)
And mega for all my files
Pause at 0:06 seconds in to watch him taking a mid-air shit.
What A Pain. Cloud? Here Comes Another Storm! thank u, but no way jo$é. =P
OneDrive, dat free storage. Seriously though, the auto photo upload that works on ANY mobile platform is just amazing, and you get 30GB for free (or more if you use a Windows Phone)
I’ve used Google Drive before. It completely fails at even the most basic functionality of syncing coherently between PCs, so whatever else it offers is useless to me. Dropbox works flawlessly however.
Thanks for your informative videos – while most impressed with DropBox and MS OneCloud in terms of bang for the buck I’m concerned about speed of accessing files. If you’re a midi orchestrator, accessing musical sound libraries and samples is essential – the high level pros with lots of dough use SSD drives in conjunction with RAM and fast CPUs to do their mock ups (pulling in midi triggered instruments into their DAWs or digital audio workstations). Less famous and poorer midi composers use external hard drives of large size to store their sound libraries with USB connection – seems to work pretty well for blokes like me. Could you give us an idea as to how much slower it would be if I hypothetically stored my sample sound libraries on the cloud as opposed to on my internal and external hard drives? Thank you so much.
freenas
Just in case the internet gets hacked i backed up the internet on my 4 Brontobyte Cloud. You are welcome world.
I use steam cloud storage.
wait UNLIMITED STORAGE thanks Linus
I use Air Explorer. It aggregates all your free drives into one software. There are several similar services for Windows and Android.
Yah LTT this is his Chanel so yah
well if nothing else this was very entertaining. I did learn that I probably have free storage, I do have 365 and Amazon Prime. My question, if you are answering questions, how do I as a NON very limited GEEK translated as I buy for dummy books which I can’t understand those either. (you get my drift) have no idea how to access the cloud storage. I primarily only want to store Photos on the cloud from my phone. But my biggest question is when I store those photos does it clear up storage on my phone for me to take more photos? If you don’t have time to answer maybe you can direct me to who can. Thank you and have a GREAT DAY!
What about Mega.co.nz, I’ve used it quite a bit and its pretty good and they give you 50GB i think for free
I want to purchase space over cloud for business use please tell me which will be best where I have to pay less.
Dropbox main 80gb free with htc and Samsung phones, one drive second and pc settings 30GB , Gdrive 15gb 3rd and box 4th 20GB use the link that +mrthaibox123 has to get 20gb on box
AYYYY more dancing Gifs we can use in the forums of Linus
google drive, easy share system and good storage
Linus is does the same thing like this is teckqie
QR code?
Free and secure(ish). I’m not really the kind of person that would take nude photos of myself and then upload it to the could. I am also not operating a business that currently requires massive cloud storage capacity. I’m happy with what dropbox provides and I use it as sort of a back up in case I misplace my thumb drive to and from work. Nothing too sensitive there either.
Your voice sound the same now and in the future
2.50$ a month for 1tb of mediafire 🙂
OneDrive is simply the best. Sizewise and featurewise
I use Hubic, this is OVH’s answer to cloud options, they give you 25GB space for free, and for (€50/£35/$60USD/$80CAD) per year you can get 10TB. The android app is really good and the desktop app works like a charm, with icons showing whats in the cloud and what’s still initialising. You can find out more @ https://hubic.com/en/offers/
Interesting. Been thinking about Cloud as my next storage place but something pipped my curiosity.
What’s to stop someone from hacking into people’s Cloud and how long can they keep it secure before some criminal genius ruins the party?
0:20 that was awkward
what what in the cloud… First time youtube has made me physically facepalm in awhile….
have u tried mail.ru ?
Nice watch Linus… whats that?.. =)
Double onedrive all the way across the sky.
I prefer Google Drive.
Google , thanks for giving us free 15GB of you harddisks !
I use mediafire. It has 50 gigs for free, but per file limit of just under a gig. I use it for all of my papers and 3d models at university. I even use it to auto upload all my pictures from my iPod with its app.
Mega.co.nz
but for music which is better?
