In this video, we’ll be exploring the top 6 free project managers that are absolutely free!
Now you might be wondering, are these freebies any good? Are there important features missing? Well, it’s true. Some advanced features might be locked in the premium plans.
But we put on our detective hats and reviewed more than 20 software options, compared their features side by side, and then found “The 6 best options”. And even though they are free, they’re loaded with features that you’ll be managing your projects like a pro.
We’ll also add the discounted links to all these providers in the description section of this video so you can jump-start your journey right away!
But still, if you’ll ask me which one is the best overall?
Then hands down!!!! ClickUp takes the crown.
You want the basics? Got it. Fancy features like automation and diverse views, It’s got that too.
All in all, if you’re looking for comprehensive, top-tier project management without emptying your pockets, Clickup is definitely your right match.
But our runner-ups are also really competitive.
Like if you’re just starting out and don’t know anything about these project management tools, then I would strongly recommend Trello. It’s super simple and you’ll get the hang of it in no time. Or you may also try Monday.com because that’s also very easy to use but it’s more visually attractive than Trello.
Then, if you work for clients and you need more collaboration features and billing and invoicing as well then Teamwork would be your right match.
However, if you love working on spreadsheets and you need its upgraded versions to manage your projects. Then you should go with Wrike.
But if you want complex project management software with specific templates for sales, marketing, and others. Then Jira is perfect for that.
So…… take your time, think about what you need, and pick the best one for you.
Thanks for watching.
Wow! this is great, nice tools for a PM.
Theres much to learn to learn in becoming a PM.
Thank you!!!
Totally agree. If you find clickup complicated you should not be using a PMS but a to- do list app. Amazing Software.
What about ProjecLibre? Why is this not mentioned? It’s full featured!
Nice very good information
cheers bruv you helped us fiz some organizatiopn prob in south Brazil . Spelling willbe fixxed nexty year
THANK YOU VERY MUCH , SO GOOD AND HELPFUL TO ME AS A BIGINNER IN MY INDUSTRY
That was extremely helpful and detailed, you deserve more views & recognition 🙏
Very useful information
Thsi really helped me pull the trigger on a app to use. Thank you so much.
Asana is only free for 30 days…
Thank you
I know this video discusses free versions. Have you ever looked at Workfront? I was wondering if you were familiar on how it compares to your number 1 – Clickup. Thanks in advance
Notion gives everything on free. not many people knows it.
Microsoft Project 🙂
Dear thanks a lot from Barcelona Spain!! you solve most of my questions/doubts
Honestly I don’t like Jira SW , I have used it at work and honestly it was easier to write the ‘issues’ in word
Asana, Monday- I am still deciding which one to use. I have a bazillion tasks and maybe share them with one or two people
Trello and Clickup – I have never heard of it.
Wrike- hmm pretty interesting
The AI’s English is garbage!
Thanks for the interesting video. I enjoy discovering useful apps. Currently, I use several apps primarily for health purposes. Additionally, at work, we rely on WorkTime, a highly efficient tool for maintaining productivity.
What about Miro?
How about Microsoft list?
Nice video. I’m just wondering if u could tell me a program that tells how many days I spent on a project.
Well the information is good but the video has some errors such the intro to the video saying five programs were going to be reviewed when it was six. There were mentions to Teamwork when it was not reviewed in the video at all. Also Asana was reviewed but was not included in the conclusion which leads me to think that Asana was either swapped out for Teamwork or was added by mistake. Finally misspelling Wrike as ‘Reich’ in the chapter markers.
Wow. Its a cool set
extremely helpful!
cool video, but i hate the ai voice
Dang, dude, what a great intro to all of these great products. Amazing job. Thank you!
Clickup is too complicated and even their software training is not organized.
Smartsheet is a good contender!
they are totally not free. do not loose your time guys
This is good but they aren’t free past their trial period.
The best two things I found about Asana are it’s easy to assign tasks to members, and the regular reminders.
none of these are not free. You must chose paid plan to use with minimum features.
Thanks for good review! My company uses WorkTime. It is a very delicate and effective tool (no screenshots or video recording).
This is great. Thank you so much.
Visuals and point articulation, I won’t see a better YT video this year than this. In your opinion, which would you say is the best based on all the features these 6 apps offer (whether free or paid)?
Click up just offers 100 MB in the free plan
Your artwork is so intricate and detailed! Have you explored DTF printing as a way to showcase your designs? @fastdtftransfer
This is seriously helpful. This video deserves Million Views 👍
Thank you!
ClickUp gives you only 100MB of file storage on the free plan. Which was a show stopper for me.
Trello is now limited to 10 free users
Thanks for the great informative video
Great collection of PM tools. I am using Jira (for scrum) + Orangescrum (Time Tracking + Resource Management)
I think wrike is no more free
Oh dang, this is a great review! The visuals really show what different apps can do. I wish you wrote a list of all the other 9+ services you reviewed 🙂
Great review. Many Scrum tools are available in the market, I recently came across Vabro, an Scrum SaaS tool, having exceptional features that can help any organization reach their Scrum goals. The tool incorporates good use of workspaces, allowing members to add or remove their name from workflows, tracking of work in Prioritized product backlog, all the while breaking up epics into tasks and keeping track of sprints.
How stupid you are ?? To list not free software and say it free ?? f u
Great Video. I hope next time in the end of the video you make list of basic function of the apps like how many user the apps can afford for free plan, limitation and ect. So we can compare in the simple way. Thank you
Jira is free only 30 days…don’t post false information on youtube….
